I admit it.  There are days that I just want chocolate.  It’s happened more times than I can count.

I’ll be sitting at my desk, talking to folks and BOOM!, it hits out of no where.  

I need chocolate and I need it NOW.

I know I’m not the only one who has experienced cravings.  It happens to all of us.  I’m learning though that sometimes these cravings are actually an indicator of what my body needs more of.  This particular craving can mean that my body is in need of more magnesium.  

So, YES!  I do cave to that craving and have a piece of chocolate.  I also eat more nuts, seeds, fish, and leafy greens.  Okay, so I skip the fish and have an extra piece of chocolate.  I’m working on that though.

Here’s how I make my own chocolate bar.

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 heaping TBSP of coconut oil

Melt oil and mix with chocolate.  Add mixture to empty ice cube tracy or a tray of your choice.  Place in freezer for approximately 10 minutes or until frozen.  Eat and store in freezer.

What’s GREAT is that I’m getting my daily dose of dense nutrition all while eating one of my favorite things….Chocolate.
