21 Days to a Healthier YOU!

Friends, earlier this summer I conducted a survey and I’m sharing those results with you. Not getting the support you needed from others and lack of motivation was the number one response for many of you. I listened and have decided to open up my personal coaching program to YOU to help YOU get back on track.

We’re going to exercise right, eat right, practice positive lifestyle habits and get enough sleep/rest all at the same time. And believe me when I say, it’s TOTALLY possible!

For 21 days straight, beginning Monday, August 6, 2012, we will all be working to achieve our best health together. We’ll be working on the 3 key areas that contribute to our overall health and wellness:
- Our Diet: What we eat and drink.
- Our Exercise: This refers to our exercise regime – How frequently we exercise and how long we exercise each time.
- Our Lifestyle: This refers to our sleeping habits, positive thoughts and personal development, meditation and posture.
And, so that you are not alone, I’ll be joining in this challenge with you; We’re in this together!
What I want you to do is think about the amazing things that 21-days of exercise and healthy eating will do to your body!
