One of the keys to successful weightloss is to have a game plan for every situation that might throw you off course. If you take the time to think ahead, you can come up with ways to overcome every obstacle.
So, what do I recommend?
First, go through your kitchen and throw out all the junk food and processed foods immediately. If it’s there you may be tempted. I know I am when I have these things in my home. Just decide that you aren’t going to buy these foods anymore. Now, If your spouse or the kids are like mine, they will speak up about this BUT, you can tell them that they’re better off not eating that stuff either. If you aren’t already, shop in the healthy sections of your supermarket and stock up on as many fruits and veggies as you can afford. Use these as snacks or as part of meals. And, eer clear of the aisles that contain your trigger foods. You’ll see such an improvement in your health when you begin to eat better. Promise!
Second, if you’re workplace is your downfall, there are things that you can do there too. Take different routes to avoid the vending machines and the pack your lunch instead of buying from the cafeteria. You can also pack some of those yummy fruits and veggies that your purchased for home and stash at your desk. You’ll be less tempted to hit up the vending machine if you have something already there.
