Happy Monday! Today’s a new day, a new week and we are wrapping up our 15 Day Happiness Challenge. Each day, we have an exercise that helps us discover a new way to be happy. One of the exercises we did, was exercise.
The reason I encourage exercise is that it can be one of the BEST instant mood boosters out there. Exercise can increase HGH and endorphins, which help to improve your mood and self-esteem. Think about how you feel after you workout. You’re feeling good, right!?!
So, as I mentioned in our group, go out today and do something that will get you moving. Anything goes…walking, running, yoga, or the workout posted below are some examples to get you started.
