Dinner tonight and yes, it’s on plan. This is why I absolutely LOVE The 21 Day Fix. I’m still enjoying things that I enjoy and without the guilt.
Here’s what you’ll need for this tasty Buffalo Chicken Dip.
1/2 red container shredded chicken
1/2 red container plain Greek yogurt
1/2 blue container shredded cheddar cheese
Ingredients for Chips
2 corn tortillas
Veggies: 1 green container of celery or carrots for even more crunch.
Instructions for Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix chicken, Greek yogurt, Tobasco to taste and half of cheese together.
Pour into pan.
Top with remaining cheese and Mrs Dash.
Bake until heated through, 15 – 20 minutes.
Instructions for Chips
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
Place on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
The chips dip and veggies will use up the following containers for the day.
Yep, it really is that simple. Just fill the containers, eat delicious meals such as these and workout for half an hour each day. I’m LOVING it and hope you are too.
