If you aren’t getting enough sleep, it can affect more than just your demeanor. Sleep deprivation can have an impact of your weight loss too. Most people need at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night. Our bodies tend to function best when we have regular sleep patterns. Set a regular time for bed and stick with it and try to get a good night’s sleep. If you find that your workouts, practices, or competitions are not going that well, take a look at your sleep patterns and modify them if needed.
