Does Your “Why” Bore You?

You’ve heard it before…in order to reach a goal you need to have a “why.”  Do you have one?  Is it SO big that every time you think about it, it moves you to work harder, do more, be more?

 When we take on a big challenge like getting off our meds, losing our pre-baby weight, running a marathon or starting a new business venture we need to have a really good “why.”  Our “why” is going to keep us going when times get tough and we want to quit.  Does your “why” motivate you to keep going?

If not, I’m going to share with you some things I do to motivate myself trying to reach a BIG goal.

If weight loss is your goal, ask yourself these questions…

–       Why do you want to be at your goal weight?

–        How will being at your goal weight affect your life?

–        Will you now be able to do things that you haven’t done in ages?

–        Will being at goal weight change your health?

–        Will being at goal weight give you more confidence?

–        How will being at goal weight affect your relationships?

I want you think of everything you can do when you reach goal weight.  Picture yourself with all the things that you want and then capture that image and make that your “why.”  Make it SO exciting that when times get tough, that’s the image that you see and that pushes you to keep going.

There is so much in store for you and I am so honored and excited for what’s to come.  I want you to keep smiling, keep going and get to that goal!
