My goals this week:
1. Take my supplements.
2. Drink my water.
3. 2 shakes per day.
4. Protein at every meal (3 main meals, 2 snacks).
5. Exercise 5 times this week using Turbo Fire and my treadmill.
6. Listen to my Motivational DVD’s each night.
What are your goals for this week?
It’s the start of what’s going to be a GREAT week. Counting the days down till vacation! It won’t be long and I want to be ready!!! I’m posting my weight loss goals and staying accountable.
