Cut avocado in large chunks and mash coarsely in large bowl with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and blend gently—leaving some small chunks is fine. Taste and adjust seasoning with more pepper sauce, salt, and pepper if desired. Makes 8 servings.

I tried it a few years back. The color of it always made me uneasy. It hadn't been anything I ever wanted to try but this is so good. Glad to hear that you are experimenting with new foods!
Funny you should post this. I ate guacamole for the first time today and actually enjoyed it. I never thought I would but it was pretty darn tasty. I may try this recipe now.
