What are some healthy snack ideas?  I threw together a list of items that you should be able to find in any grocery store.  Instead of chips, reach for one of these items instead. 


apples
bananas
berries
whole grain pretzels or crackers
edamame
hummus
low fat string cheese
raw, unsalted almonds
air popped popcorn
unsweetened instant oatmeal
cut up veggies  


Place in a zip lock bag and your all set for your next snack attack.
