My RA has roared it’s ugly head over the last few weeks as you know and it seems to want to take control.  But, I REFUSE to allow it to do so.

I’ve had a hard time getting up and moving.  It’s taken me 2-3 hours each day from the time I wake to get up and start my day. NOT acceptable!!  I’ve had enough.  I didn’t want to do it but I did it anyway….I got up right away, got moving and started my day.  I’ve worked out each and every day.  I’m so glad I did so!

There are lots of reasons why we could chose not to workout.  We’re tired, we hurt, we rather be watching TV.  But, think about the high that you get after you workout; how much better you feel.  I feel better after I’ve stretched and made my joints move.  I know it’s one of the best things that I can do.  If I sit, I end up suffering most.  As the saying goes….”A body in motion, stays in motion.” (unknown)
