It’s about time!  My back is finally starting to feel better.  I’m not 100% yet but doing so much better than 2 weeks ago.  This past week was really a struggle for me.  I knew that I needed to be really good when it came to my meals.  I decided to do a Shakeology 1 Day Cleanse (This is a take from the 3 day cleanse but only 1 day’s worth) and am so glad that I did.  When I weighed in at the beginning of the week, I had gained 4 pounds since my last weigh in.  After doing the cleanse, I lost 6 pounds!  Yep, 6 pounds in 1 day!!!!  I felt better, was less bloated and the excitement that came along with the loss was just what I needed to get back on track!!  Thank goodness, I have maintained that loss and am now 13 pounds from goal!!!!!!

Now that my back is better, I’ve decided to do the Slim in 6 Challenge.  It actually started last week but that’s okay.  Sometimes, set backs happen and you do what you can until things get better.  It’s a part of life. 

So, for this upcoming week, my goals are to start the challenge, continue eating as best as I can, wear my Bodybugg and stay in a positive mindset.  How about you?  What are you going to do this week to make a difference in your health?
