Kona Kase Review

Disclosure: I received a Kona Kase free to review on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will add value to my readers.

Back in March, I was contacted about doing a review for a fairly new company by the name of Kona Kase.   In return for the review, they would send me a box of goodies and I’d be honest and give them feedback.  Well, today I’m ready to share that.

When I received my shipment, the following items were contained within it:

– Earnest Eats Bar
– Perfect Foods Bar
– Wild Squirrel Nut Butter
– BRUBAR
– Clif Crunch
– TCHO Chocolate
– SunCups
– Clif Shot Bloks

That’s 8 different items and in addition these goodies, you also receive a motivational quote or some active living tips and a card that tells you more about the items in the box and who the company is that manufacters them.  The quotes and active living tips I thought were helpful when you’re wanting to reach a specific goal.  You could post them in your journal, on your dream board or just place on your fridge.photo

One thing I learned is that each month differs as to what is in your box.   When you join, you simply pay $15/month (there are others plans to choose from also) and then you’ll receive a shipment each month containing a variety of items to help keep you fueled before, during or after your workouts or races.  It’s really cool and for someone like me, who doesn’t always have the opportunity to have a wide selection of healthier items like these, I thought it was great!

First off, let me tell you that there was nothing left in this box come month end.  Everything was delicious, filling and healthy.  Those are VERY important to me.  I was really happy with the selection of items that were given and even shared with my family.  They enjoyed it as well.
