Yep, it’s me in full kick! Here I am working out to Ten Minute Trainer while Bailey’s birthday lasagna was in the oven. Don’t mind the messy kitchen in the back. I do well at multi-tasking and this was definitely a night in which I had to do it. That’s why one of the reasons that I love this product. I can do one workout in 10 minutes or all 5 in less than an hour. I customize it to work for me and my family and I am seeing my body tighten and tone. It’s a very exciting time for me!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I’ve been lucky to find things to do that I enjoy. I think it’s great to introduce new things and find things that work for you. Keep up the good work with working out!
Thanks for stopping by my blog from UBP! I can’t wait to read mor eof your blog. We recently joined our local YMCA and I’m doing pilates 2wice a week and body shaping once. Slow and steady, right…?
I think that you are on the best track when it comes to exercise! Realizing that to have an effective exercise doesn’t mean you have to be in the gym for an hour a day. I don’t have time for that and I can tell that you don’t either. (love the picture of you working out in the kitchen!)
It reminds me of what Recess wellness is doing to help bring exercise to work and make it normal to do yoga on your lunch break or take walking meetings instead of sitting in a conference room eating bagels. I love your insight to how to stay healthy while living a full and busy life!
