Only YOU can Decide!

With so many folks wrapping the school year up, starting vacations, going to parties, etc., I hadn’t really planned on starting a Challenge so early in the summer.  I know what it’s like to try and add more to my plate when it’s already flowing over (Forgive the pun!)  BUT, I felt in my heart that I had to create one. 

If you’re not up for a challenge at this time, that’s fine but there may be someone you know who needs this.  Please forward this to them.  This person may be unsatisfied with a variety of things in their life like I was for years.  They may be hiding behind food, alcohol or something else.  I did!  It wasn’t until I learned to eat healthier, exercise and was embraced by a supportive community that included family, friends and even strangers that my life began to change. 

So, with that being said, I know is that there is someone out there who desperately needs this and I would not be doing my job if I didn’t try to help encourage them to a lifestyle of healthier living. 

Here’s the deal!  YOU and I are going to work together for the next 30 days (or more) for a NEW YOU!

This challenge will run May 29, 2012 through June 27, 2012.

Some of the benefits you may see from participating in this challenge include Weight Loss, More Energy, Lower Cholesterol, Better Digestion and Regularity to name a few.

Here is what YOU and I will be doing during this 30 Day Challenge:

  1. You must be on Shakeology home direct. Here is why…we will be starting off the challenge with a 3-day Shakeology cleanse (The cleanse IS optional.) During the 3 days, you will use 9 servings of Shakeology and will run out of Shakeology before the challenge is over if not on HD. I recommend placing your order TODAY to ensure you have it in time to start. ***The cleanse can be a challenge but we are going to do it together!!!! My typical weight loss from the cleanse is 5-7 lbs.
  2. You must COMMIT to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology following the cleanse.
  3. You must COMMIT to working out 5 (6 is even better) days per week and log the workouts in WOWY.  You can pick ANY workout.  Running, walking, swimming, P90X, something.  The point is to GET MOVING!
  4. You must COMMIT to eating healthy daily 5 small meals (Michi’s Ladder 1 and 2) with ONE cheat meal allowed per week.
  5. You must COMMIT to posting M-F (daily is even better) in our Facebook Accountability group. 
  6. You must COMMIT to taking before/after pictures, measurements, and weight that you yourself will have something to compare too.
