The holidays are approaching and soon we’ll be spending time with family and friends. There will be parties, there will be dinners, there will be baking and busy schedules. The one thing that tends to happen though is that we can become so distracted in all these events that we slip in our quest for better health. Today, I want to remind you of these things to help keep you on track for any holiday.
