This was the program that I started when I found out about Beachbody and their products. For me, a busy mom who worked full time, it allowed me to devote some much needed time for myself. I was able to relieve some stress and get a workout in. You can use the routine provided or pick your own. I typically worked out for 20 minutes a day and ended up loosing 7-1/2″ total during my first month. Using this product, gave me the strength to continue on and workout each day.
