The TV Commercial Workout

Fall has arrived and with the cooler temps, also comes some of our favorite television shows. A new television season filled with excitement, some laughs and some tears depending on what you watch. For many of us, there’s nothing better than snuggling on the couch and catching up. Today I want to share with you one way you can incorporate fitness into your day without it feeling like it’s cutting into the other things you enjoy doing.
As you can see, this is a fairly good list of things you can do and is just one example of how you can make your fitness fun. Feel free to add to this list and to change things depending on your fitness level. You could even grab the kids and do it together as a family. The key is to just get moving. Anything healthy goes.
