Time to Celebrate!

We’re at a time of year that there are ALL kinds of temptations and situations that might get us off track. Know that you are NOT alone; I experience them also. There are parties to attend, vacations we have planned; my girls are home on break, nights at the softball fields for games and so on and so on. Does any of this sound like you?
But, because our weight loss might be slowed this time of year or we feel like we’re not doing enough, it doesn’t mean that we can give up. We CAN still move forward each and every day. When you make a step in the right direction, you should consider it a victory. Progress keeps us moving forward so that we can continue our journey and with that being said, it’s Time to Celebrate!
Today, I encourage you to take some time to write down 3 positive choices you have made in the last week. You can write more down if you’d like. Would anyone want to share theirs with me? Do you see ALL of the progress that you have made? Even the little things that you didn’t think mattered really do.
If you found yourself, making a list of things that you didn’t do well on too, that’s okay. What I want you to do next is identify how you can change it for next time. Sometimes our slip ups can be some of our most valuable lessons.
