You can do it! Weight loss takes time. Gaining those extra pounds or inches didn’t happen overnight. If you are making positive lifestyle changes, it will come. Be patient. If you happen to slip up at a meal or even a whole day, it’s okay. Just forget about it and move on because you can get back on track at the next meal. Be sure to reward yourself for your efforts.
