Your Cheering Squad

By Laura Kelly-Pifer

How many times have you felt like giving up?  I’ll tell you the truth and say that I have.  It’s hard when you’re trying to make some changes in your life and you hit that plateau.

Here’s the thing though…we have to be our own cheerleader.   Instead of criticizing ourselves for everything we think is wrong, we should instead celebrate who we are and all that you’ve done.  And even then, when we feel like that motivation isn’t where it should be, the key is having someone to help you pick right back up and keep you on track.

I know for me that everyday I look to my accountability group and my own coach and mentors to help me stay focused and in tune with my goals.  Studies have shown when you have an accountability partner that you’re more likely to succeed.  I agree and it does work.  The folks in my group are proof that having your own cheering quad rooting for you can be a VERY good thing.

If you would, please take a few minutes and let’s chat more about that….

Wishing you good health!

Laura
